This overview of the recently enacted Tax Cuts and Jobs Act will be presented with a special eye towards its impact on high-net-worth individuals, their investments, their closely-held businesses and their planning for wealth transfer to family members and others. Hear about the international taxation provisions of the new law, creative structuring opportunities presented by the new law, and, potential pitfalls to navigating the vastly altered tax landscape.
