Katharine Davidson, Chair of STEP USA, is pleased to invite you to a joint webcast of STEP USA and STEP Canada on the U.S. tax reform provisions relevant to the STEP community.

The tax reform legislation provides for the most major revisions to our federal tax laws in over 30 years. Hear about the international taxation provisions of the new law, creative structuring opportunities presented by the new law, and, potential pitfalls to navigating the vastly altered tax landscape.

Topics will include:
• A policy perspective – what Congress hoped to achieve
•An overview of important changes impacting individuals, pass-through entities, transfer tax planning
•How these changes will impact cross-border income, estate and gift tax planning
•Strategies to implement and pitfalls to avoid
Our panel of experienced practitioners will provide incisive and practical commentary. Attendees will have an opportunity to submit questions to the panelists.
