Moderator: Bartt C. Kellermann, Founder and CEO of Global Capital Advisors.  Founded in  2002,  GCA is  a  financial  consulting  firm  assisting  hedge  funds  in  their  marketing  efforts.  The  firm  also  owns  the  Battle  of  the  Quants  and  Battle  of  the  CRYPTOS  Worldwide  event  businesses  which  include  presentations,  panel  discussions  and  quantitative  capital  introduction  meetings  for  quantitative  based  hedge  fund  strategies  in  North  America,  Europe  and  Asia.  Mr.  Kellermann  is  a  regular  speaker  at  hedge  fund  conferences  internationally  and  has  appeared  on  MSNBC  and  Bloomberg  TV  reflecting  on  the  current  state  of  the  hedge  fund  industry.

Panelist: Wenchi Hu, partner of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Financial Institutions Group. She focuses her practice on the intersection of technology and financial regulation, including new asset classes, new products and services that implicate regulatory issues, risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial market infrastructure technology. Wenchi regularly works with financial institutions, technology companies, market infrastructures, and start-up companies on a wide range of regulatory issues, including crypto assets, tokenization and ICOs; regulation of securities trading platforms, post-trade processing, clearing and settlement, transfer agent and other market infrastructures in the context of distributed ledger technology; self-regulatory organization regulatory regime; Regulation SCI compliance; technology outsourcing risk management and regulatory compliance.

Panelist: Timothy Bosco, Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Product Strategy, Brown Brothers Harriman.  Tim’s organization is charged with advancing the firm’s global Investor Services strategy through the discovery, incubation and delivery of BBH’s newest and most differentiated digital solutions. The group’s portfolio of new initiatives spans all stages of the digital product development life cycle, including research, concept design, rapid prototyping and full production launches.

Panelist: Rachel Ingwer, Partner, Winston and Strawn.  Rachel advises clients on various domestic and cross-border tax issues, including both M & A and fund-related tax matters.  Rachel also concentrates her practice on transactional matters.  Advising clients on a wide variety of private equity and other transnational issues (both domestic and cross-border).

Panelist: Jennifer Zegel, Partner, Kleinbard LLC. Jennifer has a special focus in estate planning and the estate administration of digital assets, which is becoming a fast growing and increasingly complex area.  She is at the forefront of this emerging section of property transfers, which also overlaps and intersects with technology, privacy, and accessibility considerations.  Jennifer regularly counsels clients on how to incorporate digital asset planning into an estate plan or business succession plan..
